Our Team

Our Learn Well family nurseries are owned by husband and wife, Amy, and Adam. Parents to our own little boy Jay, we know how important the choice of a nursery is. Very simply, we strive to combine the very best in early years learning with an environment which supports the health and well-being of every child. Our nurseries are led by our exceptional Area Director, Cindy who has been part of our nursery family over 12 years.

As a Mother of two children myself, I know how special the Early Years are and how important it is that every child is given the best opportunity to play, learn and grow in a warm and nurturing environment. I strongly believe in valuing each child and encouraging them to believe in themselves, setting them up to thrive in their futures. That’s why I have dedicated myself to developing a truly outstanding children’s nursery in the Maidenhead and Furze Platt neighbourhood. We strive to support the children to become confident and independent individuals who have a passion for exploring and learning through fun and engaging activities and experiences. Our thoughtfully small class sizes mean we are able to build special relationships with every single child and family, ensuring a wonderfully supportive and welcoming environment.

I began my teaching journey in 2001 and have a Degree in Early Years. I joined the Learn Well Nurseries family as a teacher at The Little Tug Boat nursery in Fulham, and worked up to managing this wonderful Nursery and leading its exceptional team. Since 2020, I have been over-seeing both of our nurseries and am now really looking forward to bringing Chartam House Nursery to Maidenhead and meeting all of our new Maidenhead and Furze Platt families.
